DIY Smash Book!

Hi All,

I belong to a Meet.up group that loves to do all things related to scrapbooking and crafting.  We had a meetup a few weeks ago making our own smash books using our own stash.  It was great and although we all did the same project everyone's books came out looking so different.

Here's mine:

I decided to use it as my inspirational book this year and a place to keep track of my creative projects.

PRICE:Three different options for you to choose from:
·3 feet of cropping space for $20
·6 feet of cropping space for $40
Machines for “crop use” will not be available.
DETAILS:This crop is “bare bones.” There is nothing extra to drive up the cost of your day - it’s just an inexpensive way for you & your friends to craft without interruption!
To keep the cost as low as possible, this crop is strictly a BYO food & beverage event (non-alcoholic only please.)We will not be providing lunch, dinner, snacks, or beverages. There are many restaurants and take out places in the area, some also deliver.We'll have a selection of menus and a list of local places available for your use.

Pets and Disney!

PETS AND DISNEY!  Just two of my favorite things.  My dog cookie and my favorite vacation spot-Disney World!  

We went to Disney World in August and I am just now getting around to scrapping some of the 3000 pictures I took! Don't worry I will not scrap all 3000, I will not even print out all the pictures. I do have a plan of attack. I bought a scrapbook at Disney World with a coordinating photo album. The photo album also has a DVD/CD holder. I plan to Scrapbook my very favorite photos (and the photos that have a story behind it) then place the extra photos in the album along with the CD in case we want to view the extras.

Christmas 2010 layouts

I know!  I am really late,I scrapped last years Christmas layouts during Personalscrappers New Years Crop last week. All I have left is Christmas 2011, I am ready to go.  The pictures are already printed and as soon as inspiration comes along I will work on it but don't be surprised if you see Christmas in July!

Happy New Year

It seems that I missed the whole holiday season on this blog!  Sorry!  I had a very busy life up until Christmas and then took a whole week off. It was a glorious week off, it was a week off from work, a week off from running the kids around from event to event and a week from doing workshops.  I loved it!  It was so refreshing to be able to stay home, clean my house at a leisurely pace, I didn't have to worry about being somewhere at a particular time, I was able spend time with the family-watching movies & playing board games.  We even went into the city to see the Rockefeller Plaza Tree, shopped at American Girl, Lego & Nintendo stores and finished our day trip with a show at the Radio City Music Hall...The Christmas Spectacular.  We had pretty decent seats and my kids were so excited.
I have not scrapped these photos or any holiday photos from this year- I was able to finish a few from last year during PersonalScrappers New Years Crop!
Erica, the owner from PersonalScrapper.com is great-she gives us a whole week to finish up 10 challenges and then extended it for a few more days.

By the way the flower is cricut image that I received it from my meetup groups last cricut image swap.

 A table to yourself near an outlet for your Cricut machine for $45 ($40 if paid in full by January 6th) . There will be no other access to outlets for this purpose so if you want to crop with your Cricut please pay early to ensure you get one of the tables near the outlets! Machines for “crop use” will not be available. NOTE: These tables are very limited and will be reserved on a first-paid basis.
